| Once a month an FS4 representative will visit your premises, make a COMPLETE copy of your entire system to include ALL data, it doesn't matter how many systems you have, we will back up ALL of them, we will then (with your permission) store the backed up system/s in a safe location should they be needed at a later stage. |
| This way, should the need arrise you can be absolutely certain that if a crash, system failure occurs then you will only have to call FS4, we will then inspect your damaged system, repair if you require and then completely recover your system/s to their former state with no or minimal data loss. |
