Upon reciept of your damaged laptop we refer to any notes enclosed concerning your description of any damage/fault. If we have already given you a quote after talking with you we will already have specific details of what is needed to be done, all work for the repair will be carried out maticulously and in a timely fashion, should we have any concerns we will contact you before continuing with any repairs required. |

Even though we may have all the details we will still carry out a thorough inspection and diagnosis then a representative from FS4 will call you to (if not already done so) give you a quote, lead time on repair and a description of the fault. Should you have any questions or concerns at this point please always ask as we value our customer relations. |

If you accept or have accepted FS4's quote we will carry out all repairs, clean your laptop and contact you as to a return date. Should you decide not to go ahead with the repair FS4 will happilly return your un-repaired laptop to you at no charge under our No fix, no fee promise (with the exception of postage and packing). |
